At some point this was just a few brush strokes made with Particle shop. As they evolved I used Muras Copies Plasteroid and Kyoto Colour.

Christmas Wreath-18

This wreath I created for a friend. All the elements are from a Christmas Scrapbooking kit I made. The initials with a Paintshop Pro script by Cass.

Christmas 2011 Candlebridge

Again the elements are part of a Christmas scrapbooking kit I created, for the Bratpack Blog Train. 

Christmas 2012 Gold

Lots of Gold all created with a gradient.  Noise added to give a different texture. Main image from an individual small shape filled with a multi glitter. Muras Copies plugin to make the small flower and outer frame. Star from one of my Christmas kits. Dark Red stones, SuperBlade Pro.

Chrismas 2009 Silver and Blue

Always fascinated by globes I played around and created this one. The silver is a Gradient and I used a plugin to produce the texture. The matching swirls either side are Dover copyright free images that I added a Super blade Pro setting to. The small blue tree decoration the result of a Christmas tutorial I wrote back in 2003.

Christmas Sinedots and Globes

Sinedots free plugin is amazing. You can create the most interesting and delicate patterns, choose you own colours and setting. There are still presets available out on the net. Then if your as inquisitive, lol like me. Try other plugins maybe Mura's Copies. Please be aware that a great many free plugins only work in a 32bit environment.

Just an idea for a Digital Birthday Card

This image was created around a Letter that I made for a previous blog post using Cass Dimensions Script. Just choose your recipients initial and run the script.

Manipulated pattern

I love creating patterns using gradients. The original pattern I duplicated and used a gradient to fill then dropped the blend mode to Hard Light. and merged visible. Geometric Circle will give the shape.

Whimsical

As the title says, just a whimsical little image created from a number of  tube and scrap elements I have made at one time or another.

Re sizing.

18 years ago I enjoyed being with Paintshop Pro groups. Most of us were on Dial-up so you could go make a cup of tea and come back still not finding your page up. For this reason graphics were restricted to very small sizes. 400x400px and few kilobytes on average. I have saved everything mostly in layers. Yesterday I used a slightly more recent, as in 2008 image and resized it by 200% using smart size. This is the result. Most likely not suitable for printing. However I am going to test that.

Digital Jewellery

I have always been fascinated with creating digital gems. Decorative Dingbat fonts are great for vintage settings.

Feathers to Fur-18

A couple of days ago I found a folder labelled SR Feathers to Fur. Shared during time on Yahoo groups.  I googled with no success. However my thanks go to this artist for the image I started with to create this graphic. 

The image is quite small so I resized and used Muras Copies to create the circle and Medhi Kaleidoscope, to create the background. 

Nicotiana Flower Photo

My sister took this photo of her beautiful flowers last year. I used part of the image to create two different papers combined these with a Paintshop Pro script by Suz Shook Teabag folding. Unfortunately it is no longer available. The frame is created in Redfield Plasteroid.

Peacock Frame

A small part of one of my test Particle Shop images rotated into a circular frame using Mura Meister's Copies. This plugin will only function in the 32 bit version of Paintshop Pro.

Just because.

I could not come up with a name for this graphic. It is a couple of different  images layered together with a gradient  layer at the bottom. I used Luminance Legacy as a layer blend mode. Gave it a sharpen with Redfield free Sharplet and boosted the colour with Flaming Pear's free Kyoto Colour- Multibright.

A simple yet interesting frame. Plasteroid is a texturizer plugin from Redfield Plugins.

Particle Shop Deviation

Some how I have not got around to adding Particle Shop brush strokes to my images. However I have created an awful lot of 'practise images'. Then realised I could use plugins and Paintshop Pros native effects, and produce beautiful patterns. Many of the plugins I use will only work in the 32bit version.

Illusions

As I mentioned in my Bio, I love experimenting. Using squares to create a similar image to the transparent background of Psp works for all sorts of interesting results. This is just one.
